CONGRESS PROTOCOL FOR ON-SITE PARTICIPATION
Upon your arrival to the congress venue, Divani Caravel Hotel, a representative on behalf of the Organizing Administrative Bureau will welcome you and request presentation of the following documents:
Vaccination Record Certificate
or
Proof of a Negative Rapid Test or proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test
or
Proof of a Negative Rapid Test which they will be able to have performed upon arrival, at the Hotel Lobby suite (ground floor), during the following dates and hours:
SUNDAY, JULY 4, from 08.00 am to 17.00 pm (EEST)
MONDAY, JULY 5 from 08.00 am to 17.00 pm (EEST)
TUESDAY, JULY 6 from 08.00 am to 17.00 pm (EEST)
Your personal bar code which you will have received from the Organizing Administrative Bureau (along with the registration confirmation).
Access in the lecture halls is provided only to participants (Doctors & Trainees) with Pre-Registration and receipt of the confirmation e-mail with their personal bar code to scan for entrance and upon display of the above documents as described.
